Sam later moved into goldfish farming after 2 years at Lim Chu Kang Lane 9, doing wholesale and retail business at the same time. The retail sales division was officially set up after moving to Seletar Farmway 1 in mid-2005. Sam had since relocated in early 2008 and currently resides at 70 Pasir Ris Farmway 3.

All goldfishes are handpicked on every monthly trip.

Local orders are shipped every alternate week or upon filling the required shipping volume. Upon arrival, all livestocks will be under quarantine for a week before releasing to clients All sales are usually done through a photo-order system.

For grade AAA or competition-grade fishes, video clips can be provided on request. Walk-in clients can also expect to acquire some of the remaining fishes , including juveniles that are often brought in with each shipment.
